Complete Online Application, each person may only apply once (Download Written Application only when sharing with someone without computer access)
Download and Complete Hold Harmless Agreement (one per performer)
Send signed Hold Harmless Agreement(s) to Lauren or Leila via emails located on agreement or via USPS to the Chamber office
Contact Chamber Office at (650)401-2440 to pay application fee by credit card or send a check to the Chamber office
Lauren or Leila will send Application Confirmation and Request for 3-minute Audition Video once payment is received
Submit Audition Video in .mp4 format by December 15, 2020 Deadline
Semi-finalists will be notified by December 18, 2020
Semi-finalists will perform Live via Zoom stream on January 15, 2021
Finalists will perform Live at the San Mateo Marriott on January 22, 2021
