The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce and our tremendous sponsors invite you to join us for the best outdoor block party on the Peninsula where there is fun for all ages in the heart of downtown San Mateo.

Enjoy a wide variety of music, entertainment, local arts, gastronomical delights, and family-friendly activities all day as you stroll down B Street. Craft beer and cider as well as a selection of local wines will be available for purchase to quench your thirst. The event is free and open to the public.

Organizer: This event is presented by the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with California Artists.

Date: September 30, 2023, 10 am – 6 pm

Location: B Street between 1st and 3rd as well as Baldwin Avenues

Street Closures: The intersections of B Street at 2nd Avenue, 1st Avenue & Baldwin will be closed. Please observe detour signs.

Parking: The public parking garages in downtown will be open. Parking regulations will be enforced. Some street parking spots will be blocked due to street closures.
