How to Contact Us

Chamber Speakers Circle is an open Toastmasters club and does not require a separate membership to another organization. Members of the community are encouraged to attend one or two meetings as a guest to see if the club meets their needs and expectations. We recommend that you initially contact the VP of Public Relations via email to inquire about visiting the club or contact the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce by telephone for directions. The VP of Membership can answer queries regarding membership and provide the relevant information for joining the club. Feel free to contact the President for general business inquiries:

Attending a Meeting as a Guest

Attending a meeting as a guest is the best way to get a flavor for the culture of the club and how our meetings are run.  As a guest, you will have an opportunity to introduce yourself, meet other club members, and ask questions. You may also have an opportunity to get a feel for what it is like to be a member by participating in the Table Topic session. 

Meeting Time

We meet every Monday night from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. (with some days off for holidays).  

Please contact the Vice President of Public Relations several days before the meeting to ensure that we are meeting on the night you plan to attend. Please leave Toastmasters Inquiry as the email subject header.

Meeting Location

San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce 1700 El Camino Real. Suite 108 (or Miller Realm Boardroom). San Mateo, CA

We meet in the Chamber’s lobby (suite 108) or Miller Realm Boardroom located to the left of the elevators in the main lobby. The doors close at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive at 5:55 p.m.
